Great service every time.  They are always kind, helpful, and welcoming.  Eric Nordgren listens to my concerns & answers my questions, offers suggestions to utilize all features of the hearing aides, & tests my hearing to make sure I am at optimal hearing. Makayla at Belltone helped me better understand how the app works and she set it up so that I could hear and understand my wife all evening long!  It was outstanding service and results!!!  Thank you for the incredible service!!! Makayla helped me again and I was very pleased with her advice and help!  She was able to sync my phone back to my hearing aids without any problems! I only spent about 30 minutes with Beltone. I can’t ever remember her name. She is very up to date on everything and very helpful. My appt was on the 17th at 2:45 in Edmond. She will see me again on 11/11/26 for cleaning and Follow up @ 3:15 pm. Thank you! Tom Alsip is posted at the top. He passed away almost 6 years ago. He was  Army military for 34 years. I ordered a healing aid from Beltone office in Edmond. OK.  Eric Nordgrens was the one who fitted me.  I just returned to his office after  a week of wearing the aid.  I am very pleased with.my new device.  Eric was absolutely awesome-from explaining the operation of my aid and so willing to answer any and all questions. It is easy to get in to the office. There are no barriers. The testers and technicians have spacious offices and there is room for wheelchairs if needed. I recommend studying about the anatomy of the ear and what causes hearing loss and how it affects ones social participation in life. Also read about how the inner ear works, otherwise you will not trust the fast paced lecture of the infomercial. Sorry, intellectual women do not like to flunk a hearing test. We are questioners anyway. The pricing was reasonable, but he put on a 17 factor adjustable aid and we are buying a 4 factor sound adjustable mn Take your savy grandkid with you in order to measure bs  versus how the apparatus works. The sooner you get a hearing aid, the sooner your inner ear  loss can be stimulated. Sound can be adjusted with a cell phone app. You can listen to music and podcasts and TV thru the hearing aids without earphones or speakers.
