I’ve been taking my elderly mom and aunt to the Beltone location in Harrisburg for several years. They have both had such a positive experience each time we have been there. They are treated so respectfully and always leave feeling like everything is clean and good working condition. We are thankful for the very helpful and attentive staff and appreciate that we don’t have to travel to another town for their appointments. My husband and I were pleased with Brady’s sensitivity to our concerns and you asked  questions and had good explanations. We received a mailer and decided we needed at least a baseline test for our hearing. We knew from experiences of our friends and family members that if we wait too long to  test or to treat,  if treatment is needed ,we would not have the positive results that hearing aids can provide! The first thing I noticed was how they made you feel like home like family! Donna, the receptionist, it's warm and very professional. And the doctor-patient and calm and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a layman, sort of way that you could understand. Each year for the past year, this will be my second year. They offer free hearing test. And as I stated previously, they explain the results of that test. So that you could understand. Your not left wondering or wish you had asked the question before you leave the office. My hearing aid broke and even though I did not originally buy my set from here, Beltone was very helpful in fixing it. They were professional and courteous. They fixed it in a timely manner. Everything was excellent from the time I walked in the door till the time I left with my new hearing aids. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and I couldn’t imagine a crew that was as up to date on the latest technology as the folks at Beltone. The last set I had around 6 years and spent over $7,000 on. I am the type that just wants things I buy to work, I don’t learn about the technology I find it hard to care less. If you’re the type that gets into that just go see them or get online and read. If you’re like me I’m just going to say the last set compared to these I can almost equate to having a small version of a megaphone whereas these are like my ears before I lost my hearing, maybe even better. I’m not asking everyone to repeat themselves and I’m not only able to have a conversation in a quiet room with one person. I love my new hearing aides!! I’ve been wearing aides for many years all but my first pair were from Beltone. Beltone has the latest technology, my favorite is the ability to stream my tv audio directly to my hearing aides and mute the TV. I can even walk to the curb to pick up mail and still hear my TV.

I have hearing aids cleaned every 3-4months.  Every time I go in I learn something new.  Today I learned that my right aid adjusts for back ground noise.   Ive been trying to change with the left.

Amanda was excellent in her review of my failing hearing aids and options to maintain my quality of life that is achieved with good hearing. She reviewed my getting my left hearing aid chip and battery replaced for some $400. But then my right aid , both being 5 years old no doubt would follow the same repair path. Amanda then reviewed your premier aids, State of the Art, for some $11,000 that now with a special only for that device would provide a $4,000 rebate on my present aids leaving me with some cost of about $7,000. She even explained that the above would be several hundred dollars less expensive then the next lower devices because of the return value on my existing hearing aids. Choosing the Belton Hearing Aid Store in Yukon, OK on Garth Brooks Blvd. was the smartest decision I have ever made! I was treated with respect! Everyone at this location is kind, courteous & a professional in their chosen fields! I could not be happier with my hearing aid. Top of the line in technology, functionality and styles! It doesn't get any better than this! This is not my 1st hearing aid, so I am writing this review with previous experiences from other brands and other stores! When you first walk into the office you are always greeted with the happy and smiling face of Kaley(PCC).
Second you are greeted by Bobby Jo (BC-HIS). Before the screening even startedB I was treated like they knew me forever. Everything about the first visit made me sure i was in the right place to get my hearing corrected. Got fitted,tested and told if i had ANY issues dont hesitate to call.  They are so good i never had to call! The experience there was easy and relaxing.  These two girls are very knowledgeable and will make sure you leave hearing the world correctly.
