I would recommend going to Bell Tone for every one. I just felt very comfortable and cared for & everything was explained and had different options to choose from. I hadn't had a hearing test for over 15 years and was a little nervous going in but Doug was very helpful in explaining the process and answered all our questions. Anyone that has ever considered getting hearing aids should visit Beltone in Hot Springs. My wife went with me my first visit, and we had a great experience. Wonderful, friendly, & helpful.  Would definitely recommend if you need hearing aids.  Would recommend getting the life time warranty.   They clean & put in new filters. I had an appointment to check my hearing aids today. As we chatted about any issues or problems concerns I had which we none all is good. Caring and careful. Things were well explained. No pressure to buy anything, just facts for me to know and make a decision. My Mom has molded fittings for her hearing aids and one of them had become loose. We were able to get the replacements, have them attached and be completely done in about 10 minutes.
Quick, easy and convenient.

Have always use Beltone for my hearing aids. Would go in I think every three months for cleaning just had the hearing test This week and ordered a new pair of hearing aids that should be here in about two weeks. They have always treated me well at Beltone!!

Awareness is the most beneficial first step in recognizing the crucial importance of hearing health. Because it will not get better left untreated. In fact, the progressive acceleration of hearing loss will advance into yet another critical health concern. I don't want to go there! This was an exceptional, comprehensive, and educational to for me that definitely made an impression and I will not forget the importance of what I learned. The Farmington office was very pleasant and scheduled my appointment very quickly. Mr. Wiles took time to answer all my questions I had and explained my hearing, or loss of hearing in a manner that I easily understood. Most of all he was the only person who cared enough out of the 5 hearing center I had went to that went the extra mile to assist me getting the hearing aids I needed at a cost that wouldn't break the bank!
