You dont know how great it is to hear again. I couldn't hear nothing and went to Belton and now I hear better than I did before. My son dont say mom I just said this or that didnt you hear me. Shannon is Very nice and very easy to understand. She explains everything involved in the appointment ahead of time. I am absolutely pleased with how amazing Shannon is. I couldn't have picked a better place to bring my mother to, to have her ears checked. Both times we have been, Shannon has been so wonderful,  patient and kind to my mother. My mother is 84 years old with
Alzheimer's disease, and she made sure my mother understood every single thing she was saying/explaining.  I've never met such a caring, wonderful person. If you're looking for an hearing test and/or hearing aids, please don't go anywhere else! I promise, you'll be absolutely amazed by the attentiveness and kindness you recieve from the moment you walk through the door. Thank you again so very much for everything Shannon!

The person who tested my hearing was super nice.    Received my hearing aids that vary day that I was there for my testing and simply love my hearing aids.    I’ve had them now for four days and I forget that Ithey’re in my ears

I had a hearing check update and the audiologist helped get my hearing aids turned up and much sharper sounds. My hearing had gotten a little worse over the course of a year. Shannon is the Best! Very easy to work with and very pleasant!

Shannon is very well trained in what she does. Staff was not pushy,I got a free hearing test,facts are facts, I need help hearing,and am anxiously waiting to hear really close to normal again!
Yes you can buy cheaper hearing aids,I have those already, so if you wanna hear people and noises shouting at you,and still can't understand what is being said,be my guest and choose the cheap route,never satisfied with the ones you have.
If you wanna hear like you use to hear,or close to that, spend the bucks,work a little longer ,but be able to be social for the rest of your life,then put quality in your ears,with free lifetime adjustments if your hearing ever changes.
