The staff at Beltone is very courteous and friendly.  My appointment was met with professional and prompt service. My hearing aid was fixed and ready to wear during my appointment visit.i appreciated the quality of service I'm receiving from Beltone. My hearing test revealed many good things and was very helpful in understanding how important the hearing aids were for my use.I was invited to call anytime I needed further help with my hearing. Who was a very great experience?He was very kind and considerate. And explained everything so very well. We will tell people about belltone Hearing. The people that are in the office are very nice and friendly. You couldn't ask for anything better than that. They put your mind at ease. We really did like them. We both  really did like the place. They are very nice folks at my facility but make sure you have a hearing problem by having your ears flushed out real good so you do not have a excess build up of wax in them when you are tested.

I went to Beltone this am as the Technician was kind enough to drive down to meet with me. I wasn’t sure what to expect as dealt with another provider several years ago. The exam was very thorough with not only tones but speech recognition. Of which was new to me and very relevant. Mr. Yadon explained every detail thoroughly and asked if I understood and showed hearing exam graph which was new to me and not seen before. I do not have the words to express my gratitude with Mr Yadon nor company. So glad I was able to make the appointment and the hearing aids are outstanding

I have had my Hearing Aids for a while now and still think they are the best one I have owned. Over time I have had 3 different sets and  the Beltone is by far the clearest and most comfortable. I am a mechanic by trade so I put them through the worst conditions and they have not let me down. Brandon provided exceptional service during my recent visit to Beltone (Branson). He carefully explained the purpose of each hearing evaluation with expertise, patience, and professionalism. He asked if he could take a little extra time to explain my hearing loss in detail and then guided me through the best device options that would benefit me. I was very pleased with the resulting selection and thanks to his dedication to client, I can now resume participating in conversations with my family and friends. I stopped today because my right hearing aid wasn’t working properly. I did not have an appointment, but they got me in right away. He checked and found something malfunctioning so he replaced a part, which was under warranty, so there was no cost to me. Easy,  effective and very pleasant. I am impressed.

What an amazing experience. We took our sweet 89 y/o Momma for a current hearing test and new hearing aids. Jake was wonderful with Mom. He spoke right to her and answered her questions and concerns. After her test, we discovered she'd lost more of her ability to hear. Jake selected "try on ear buds" and adjusted them to her needs. Once Jake activated her buds and settings,  the expression on her face was heartwarming.  Her entire countenance changed.  Her body softened, she smiled, and she was like a different person. We pick up her new aids in a few weeks. She gets quarterly checkups for cleaning and adjusting, if needed. Thank you Jake and Ms. Linda for the exceptional care and time you took with her. Went to Beltone as I wear hearing aids and it is time to replace them. They are very pleasant and did hearing exam, following the exam was given results and option of which device would be recommended.  I'm very happy with the choice options and the way I was treated.
