Service is quick and efficient.. Thanks Scott for great service. If your hearing aids need to be connected to your iPhone, make sure to reboot your iphone  when you get a different iPhone or had a software update. Rebooting your iPhone seems to solve any issues you might have.

Great Experience from start to finish! Natalie is very knowledgeable and answered all of my initial questions and set up my appointment. Scott seems very thorough with his exam and very patient. Explained what he was doing and why and then reviewed different options. Picked up devices today, two weeks later, and he set up an appointment for first follow-up visit in two weeks.

I just had my periodic check up for my hearing aids at Beltone in Mountain Home, Arkansas. There were no issues. Scott Eubanks did his usual clean up and replaced the batteries.  As always, my visit there was a treat. After having used a number of other hearing aids in the past, Beltone is definitely the best I've ever used--totally top-notch. I feel like I had a though check up. When I got home I had mail stating I was getting a $20. Amazon gift card. Can’t beat that. Feel like my hearing will get better right along as long as I wear them. Had settings changed on my hearing aid

I had the pleasure of trying to get hearing aids and I was very pleased with the perfection from both gentlemen that I spoke with I got a lot more understanding out of them with my hearing loss yes I will be using them in the future

I am in the process of moving  440 miles  from  my normal  Beltone  service  provider  and  had problems  with my hearing  aids  I called Scott's  office and they got me in the next morning and threw unexpected  problems with the aids not cooperating I  was able to return  home with reliable  working  hearing aids
