I have had my Beitone hearing aids for several years but realized that since moving to a retirement home I was having issues with hearing especially with one ear. My visit   showed that ear wax was harder than my regular cleaning.  A quick check with a small flaslight and the safe probe cleaned the the blockage. And I love the button that allows me to switch between hearing louder noises in the dining room or switching to mostly others at my table.

I recently went in for a free hearing exam and was impressed from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with—from the phone call to the front desk—was polite, considerate, and professional. The exam itself was thorough, professional, and very informative. Although I didn’t end up needing hearing aids, based on my experience I would absolutely recommend the Watson Rd. location to anyone concerned about possible hearing loss or in need of hearing aid services.

Went in for what I thought was a cleaning for my hearing aids. What joy when  Joy & Matt informed me of my eligibility for new rechargeable ones fully covered by my insurance. They are AWESOME! I literally jump out of bed every day now to put these in. The sound is phenomenal. Thank you Matt and Joy! Excellent service! I get my hearing aids cleaned here every 3-4 months but on this occasion I had something wrong with one of them. Beltone was able to fit me in at my convenience and easily serviced my hearing aid so that it was usable again. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and the service received from Beltone is outstanding. Visited again the greatest audiologist in the entire country on 8.14.25, Matt, whose service is excellence bar none. And gosh, who knows where Joy is when she confirming appointments? Excellent service from start to finish! The friendliest and most accommodating staff I've dealt with at any type of doctors office in many years. From the front desk helping me find my ID# to the hearing test not costing a penny and the doctor explaining everything in great detail from start to finish. The hearing devices are for my husband and this has changed OUR lives in so many positive ways.  No more screaming to have a conversation with him.  Now he tells me to not speak so loudly, which I have had to do for the past twenty plus years.  I now have to learn how to talk softly, as he can hear every word I say now. The appointment was excellent. The doctor even found a Q tip inside my left ear that I had no knowledge of. I will let ppl know about my visit with my Doctor that examined my 👂 ears.
