My husband and I were pleased with Brady’s sensitivity to our concerns and you asked questions and had good explanations. We received a mailer and decided we needed at least a baseline test for our hearing. We knew from experiences of our friends and family members that if we wait too long to test or to treat, if treatment is needed ,we would not have the positive results that hearing aids can provide! Thank you. We each know we are ok so far and WILL return for follow up as you recommended. Knowledge is power and it helps us manage our health! We are grateful for your service.

Jake at the Venice Florida location helped us this morning. He was outstanding. Very patient, very kind, very understanding for a young man dealing with elderly people. His assistant in the front office Sandra was equally as patient and kind. We feel blessed to have found this practice.
