I recently started wearing a hearing aid that was recommended to me by an audiologist, Ryan Broy, from Beltone Hearing Aid Services. I have really seen improvements in my hearing in the last couple of months. But recently I started having some problems when talking on the phone. People on the other end couldn't hear me very well because there was so much background noise and my voice was very quiet and inaudible. I went to see my audiologist and he called me and confirmed that he was indeed hearing a lot of background noise when talking on the phone. He contacted the manufacturers. They gave him some recommendations to try to improve it, but unfortunately it didn't work, so we decided to send the hearing aid back to the manufacturer to have them check and find the problem. I picked up my repaired hearing aid today and it sounds great. I called everyone who complained earlier on the phone with me, and they confirmed that they could hear my voice clearly, and don’t hear any background noise! So it was probably some kind of problem with the device itself.
I am so glad I contacted Beltone Hearing Aid Services @Lakewood Ranch store in the first place, the office is so nice and friendly, they respond to any questions or concerns immediately! And most importantly, they have great customer service!! Thank you Ryan and Donna for supporting me through all my concerns.

Yesterday I went back to the audiologist for another checkup, cleaning, and hearing aid testing. This should be done a couple of times a year. Everything went very smoothly, as always. Ryan and Dana were, as always, very pleasant, responsive, and professional. I'm so glad I came to this office and work with such pleasant and professional people.

Another visit to the audiologist for an examination, cleaning of my hearing aids, and my annual testing. As always, the visit was very pleasant, from the moment I walked in to the examination in the audiologist's office. Thank you, Ryan and Dana!
See you in four months for my next checkup.

Ryan Broy was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I agreed with his recommendation for an annual exam to ensure any hearing loss is caught as soon as possible. The office location is convenient and the office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a very pleasant experience. I am 67years old and felt like I might be having an issue hearing when I was out in a crowd. My husband received a coupon in the mail for a free hearing screening so I called.   They were very helpful and told me that I may use the coupon since my husband had just had his ears checked with the VA.  I took the hearing test and found out that my ears were fine and i did not have any hearing loss. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
