After almost 3 weeks in hospital with my husband, who has been very ill, I was needless to say a bit tired and got into the shower with my hearing aids in.  After getting my head wet I realized what I’d done.  I called my local Beltone office and Kevin got me into the Beltone office closest to my currant location.  Joe my hearing specialist immediately took my hearing aids and checked them out.  Thank goodness they are ok.

Updated:  I cannot say enough good things about the Beltone Hearing Aid Service Center. From the moment I first walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth that made me feel completely at ease. The level of customer service here is truly exceptional—every interaction shows how committed they are to making each patient feel valued and cared for.
A special thank‑you goes to Chelsey Barrett, the Hearing Care Practitioner, whose professionalism and expertise continue to impress me. Chelsey takes the time to thoroughly assess my needs, explain every step with clarity, and make sure I understand my treatment plan. Her attention to detail and her friendly, reassuring approach give me complete confidence in the care I’m receiving.
Since my last post, I’ve needed to come in earlier than scheduled to have my hearing aids cleaned. Each time, I was seen quickly and treated with the same exceptional level of service. That kind of responsiveness is rare, and it makes a tremendous difference.
Yes, you can buy hearing‑assistance devices over the counter now at a lower price—but when you do, you’re on your own. What you get at Beltone is something those devices simply can’t offer: personalized care, expert guidance, and a team that truly invests in your well‑being. For me, the level of service Chelsey provides makes it worth every penny.

On our first visit, Shannon Did an excellent job! She took her time to answer all our questions, and explain all the options Beltone offers..since our initial visit Shannon Had me to come back to make small adjustments to my Hearing aids , for my hearing needs.. She wants to make sure I’am getting the most out of them. She always takes the time to make sure I’am happy with the adjustments. Wonderful, detailed, and complete assessment of my hearing functioning. Dr explained the test's components and chart, administered the exam, then explained the results. Timothy routh could not have made the process any easier . He was as professional as it gets.  I had looked at all kinds of hearing aid from multiple places before I settled on the serene hearing aid. I absolutely love it. We are using belltone because my son 39 years old, down's syndrome, is virtually deaf. But when we got our hearing AIDS from bell tone, he was so excited, he can hear and he is trying to speak better. we're just so impressed, i'm so very happy and my little guy is just above the clouds, he loves his hearing aids. The young man, Scott at beltone here in Mountain Home, Arkansas is just absolutely wonderful so. Nice and caring and

I was comfortable stepping into the office.  Chris greeted me with a welcoming feeling.  He even got me in 2 days before appointment. I was excited to hear about the new technology and had a nice conversation with him.  The testing went well.  Disappointed with my insurance,  but none of that was his fault. Getting financial help was quick and easy.  Terms were doable.  Cannot wait to get the hearing aids. I would recommend Chris and Beltone to anyone and everyone.  Very impressed with the warranties as well. Thank you and God Bless.

Exceptional service. Friendly and professional staff. They listened to me. They understood my issues with hearing. The hearing test was very comprehensive. With the discounts and rebates

Working to make the sound better each time I go back for a checkup. Minor adjustments makes a difference in the tones and quality of the sound through the hearing aids. Super job!

Staff was very friendly n Marshall the audiologist was amazing. I had a free evaluation with an explanation of the hearing part,  an the workings of the ear  n an detailed explanation of my results. It was a very thorough exam. Dr. Everything was explained as I was examine. The results of the exam was explained to me. We went through the process of ordering by hearing aids. Secretary will call me when they come to be fitted and a explained how to use the hearing aids  very satisfied with
