The receptionist was wonderful, kind, & answered all my questions🤩Made me feel comfortable.

I love my new hearing aides!! I’ve been wearing aides for many years all but my first pair were from Beltone. Beltone has the latest technology, my favorite is the ability to stream my tv audio directly to my hearing aides and mute the TV. I can even walk to the curb to pick up mail and still hear my TV.

I have hearing aids cleaned every 3-4months.  Every time I go in I learn something new.  Today I learned that my right aid adjusts for back ground noise.   Ive been trying to change with the left.

Choosing the Belton Hearing Aid Store in Yukon, OK on Garth Brooks Blvd. was the smartest decision I have ever made! I was treated with respect! Everyone at this location is kind, courteous & a professional in their chosen fields! I could not be happier with my hearing aid. Top of the line in technology, functionality and styles! It doesn't get any better than this! This is not my 1st hearing aid, so I am writing this review with previous experiences from other brands and other stores! Upon receiving a letter offering a free hearing examination, I made an appt and went in. The receptionist was charming and helpful. My experiences with the Gainesville Beltone facility have been great. Jonathan, the hearing care practitioner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Carmen, the office manager presents a friendly and caring attitude when checking you in and scheduling appointments. The office is very neat and clean. Beltone appt was great! My 2-1/2 year old hearing aid that has quit working 6 months after warranty ran out. For the price of these devices that should not be accepted. They are charging me $425 to repair/replace it. Totally unsatisfied!!

Although the office was kind of small the service was good the worker was very polite and it made you feel comfortable from the time you walked in the door it wasn't a very long appointment and we were still able to relax for me and my father both I would very much suggest if you needed help with your hearing there's a place to go if you're around Southeast Missouri...

Went in to get my hearing aids serviced. They were done in a timely matter and to my satisfaction. Staff is kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their products. I received exceptional service from my arrival to completion.  The staff is very kind and professional. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave to me; the process of the testing, the results of my testing, thorough demonstration(s) including in-depth audio demonstrations and medical explanation regarding the functions.
