My trip to Beltone Hearing Aids
was the very best idea I’ve had in a while. Both the secretary and especially Ryan Broy were both very nice and accommodating.
Ryan especially in setting me up with awesome new hearing aids. I had no idea my hearing was 60% deficient. Yikes! I’m hearing thing's  differently and so much better . Kudos to Ryan, and his professional ability in restoring my hearing issue.

I recently started wearing a hearing aid that was recommended to me by an audiologist, Ryan Broy, from Beltone Hearing Aid Services. I have really seen improvements in my hearing in the last couple of months. But recently I started having some problems when talking on the phone. People on the other end couldn't hear me very well because there was so much background noise and my voice was very quiet and inaudible. I went to see my audiologist and he called me and confirmed that he was indeed hearing a lot of background noise when talking on the phone. He contacted the manufacturers. They gave him some recommendations to try to improve it, but unfortunately it didn't work, so we decided to send the hearing aid back to the manufacturer to have them check and find the problem. I picked up my repaired hearing aid today and it sounds great. I called everyone who complained earlier on the phone with me, and they confirmed that they could hear my voice clearly, and don’t hear any background noise! ​​So it was probably some kind of problem with the device itself.
I am so glad I contacted Beltone Hearing Aid Services @Lakewood Ranch store in the first place, the office is so nice and friendly, they respond to any questions or concerns immediately! And most importantly, they have great customer service!! Thank you Ryan and Donna for supporting me through all my concerns.

Yesterday I went back to the audiologist for another checkup, cleaning, and hearing aid testing. This should be done a couple of times a year. Everything went very smoothly, as always. Ryan and Dana were, as always, very pleasant, responsive, and professional. I'm so glad I came to this office and work with such pleasant and professional people.

Another visit to the audiologist for an examination, cleaning of my hearing aids, and my annual testing. As always, the visit was very pleasant, from the moment I walked in to the examination in the audiologist's office. Thank you, Ryan and Dana!

We spent 3 hours with Blake. He did a great job in all the testing. And boy, there is a lot of testing. But based on using the demo model, I think I am turning the page to better hearing.

Brandon (Branson, MO) took time to thoroughly explain our upgrades and to make sure they fit properly and we were totally comfortable operating our aids and using our phone.  He was excellent! Received invite in mail for visit with $20 card of appreciation. On Nov 2 Matt the rep at Lafayette Center in Ballwin MO was very polite and knowledgeable of his products. Update Nov 2026/ Sara and Dr Chad are so kind and wonderful to my elderly grandmother!! She loves them like family. She recently had a birthday and they really made her feel so special. They honestly go out of their way above and beyond patient care. I truely appreciate them and the excellent care they give her with her hearing aids also. Always a pleasure to see them. Thank you so much!!

Such a great experience with my grandmother here! Really wish we would have come to them sooner!  The Dr and the woman who runs the office ( so sorry I forget names) in Fenton are so nice and always offer to help if my grandmother needs anything to just call! They are patient and friendly. Prices and hearing aid choices were up front and no pressure. Financing options too. The difference in my grandmother's hearing is really amazing, she was left out of conversations before, and it was hard to communicate, but now even with her back to me she can hear me! I had been without hearing aids for about 10 years.  Old pair were not available for warranty and couldn't afford new ones.  My Brother in law gifted me hi almost new ones and for $500. Beltone got them set for me and I am so thankful!  I work at a school and not being able to understand my students was difficult and embarrassing. I appreiciated that Beltone in Spgfld., took me into there business becaused I'm accguianted better with driving in this town as almost all my Drs.are in the area,of Spgfld,Illinois.I was told I don't ever have to pay to have my hearing aides cleaned with them as,I had 3 free visits left with Beltone in Bloomington and after that it would cost me $65.00 each time I'd come in to have them cleaned. I had my maintenance visit on November 4, 2026 with Mr. Jake Gant, Hearing Instrument Specialist at the Eureka Springs, Arkansas office. Jake did a hearing test to document my hearing loss since I bought my Beltone hearing aids in 2022. He explained the results to me in detail and made a few adjustments to my hearing aids as needed. Jake was wonderful as always and makes me feel comfortable during the testing and the discussions. I strongly recommend Beltone and the Harrison/Eureka Springs offices if you are considering hearing test and hearing aids. I recently had to have my hearing devices sent off for service. I also was traveling to spend a week and see extended family in Kentucky. I know that there are many different brands of hearing aids out there and places to obtain them. However, Beltone doesn't just sell you the best hearing aids but they also include a regular scheduled service program. The service is the best, along with the hearing aids, tailor made to your specific hearing issues. Ypu will be seen and talk with a highly trained hearing aid technician. I highly recommend Beltone for your hearing issues. I have had my hearing aids for several years now. I was impressed with the examination. He seemed to care and listen to what my biggest complaint was about my hearing, which was to not only to hear, to understand what people were saying and talking about to be in the conversation, especially in noisy restaurants.
I wore hearing aids for several years and mentioned this problem over and over. They didn’t work for understanding what people were saying/talking about, which was frustrating. Beltone did. He did other testing that no other hearing doctor did and that’s what impressed me. The hearing aids I purchased from him really work. I can not only hear I can understand people when they are talking to me and behind me now. I am still learning and Beltone is still helping me to make sure they are working to my satisfaction and how to use them correctly from my phone. Thank you Jacob, you’re the best. Natalie was very knowledgeable and good at explaining my hearing loss. Wish I had gone to see her before now. I recommend her very highly. The office staff was so friendly and helpful, I did a walk in thinking I’d make an appointment while I was close by. They fit me in, just waited about 10 minutes or less. Tim was knowledgeable and efficient to find a solution to the problem. I recommend the clean friendly atmosphere.

I have moderate to severe hearing loss in one ear and moderate hearing loss in the other plus I have tinnitus. I.could not hear an individual talking to me in a noisy environment or someone who talks very softly. My Beltone hearing aids are helping my hearing so much and continue to get better and better.  I go back periodically so they can clean and adjust the sensitivity of the aids. The phone app that lets you adjust them and answer the phone thru them is incredible. Both Beltone locations, the one located in Owasso, Oklahoma, and the one located in Coffeyville, Kansas, have been excellent experiences. the Beltone representatives explained everything to us about medical processes and the functions of the hearing aids expertly. We have been going to Beltone for the past couple of years for my mom. We are are always greeted warmly by Mayna. . Today we met Tom who was  kind, considerate, and above all very patient.
