Beltone is the best hearing aids I have ever purchased and I have tried many brands.   The most impressive thing about their company is the service.  I have never had such great service.  A life time service is included in the purchase and they provide the best I have ever seen.  They provide cleaning, testing as they monitor your hearing thru out the life time service. My dad is 97 years old and they greeted us at the door and helped us get in and when it came time to leave, they helped us get out with his wheelchair and all. Matt at this location is absolutely amazing and we feel like we’ve gotten to know him and he’s gotten to know us. It was a very eye opening experience for me the hearing test was done very through and after completing the test it was explained very well and Jeremy explained and showed me some options to help me to regain my hearing then he set up a pair of hearing aids and allowed me to see what the difference would be with them and also explained the cost and covered the warranty as well as the approximate time for me to adjust to now being able to not only hear but also understand what people are saying very great experience and would recommend BELLTONE to anyone wanting to improve their hearing and life THANK YOU very much for showing me the light George T Warhurst

I’ve been wearing hand me down hearing aids from my brother in law for the past 5 years and Mitchell at the Hendersonville office has been taking care of any needs I’ve had with them all this time with no profits at all. I just bought my 1st new pair this week. Great people to do business with! I’ll be working with them for years to come. I hadn't had a hearing test for over 15 years and was a little nervous going in but Doug was very helpful in explaining the process and answered all our questions. Anyone that has ever considered getting hearing aids should visit Beltone in Hot Springs. My wife went with me my first visit, and we had a great experience. This was my second try for hearing aides and I was so pleased with this appointment. Nanci Lekov did my Sound Field Screening and was so professional and friendly. I still love my hearing aides
and their wonderful service.

Will was super helpful with my hearing test. He explained everything very well and in terms I could understand. He helped educate me on my hearing loss and the need for hearing aids. He set me up for a trial run with them so that was helpful. Will refer anyone to this place.

Wonderful, friendly, & helpful.  Would definitely recommend if you need hearing aids.  Would recommend getting the life time warranty.   They clean & put in new filters. Amazing professionalism. Maggie is always very thorough and very pleasant to deal with. She’s very detailed about how to maintain hearing aids and keeping them in a clean condition. We came in for promotion for a new hearing aid and she gave us the best choices on whether we wanted to spend thousands of dollars or maintain our present hearing aids that were in great working order.
