I was incredibly nervous about getting my hearing tested and worried I’d just get hit with a high-pressure sales pitch for expensive hearing aids. My experience here was the exact opposite.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The audiologist took the time to ask and listen to my specific situation before we even started the testing. The exam itself was incredibly thorough—far more detailed than the quick 'beep test' I remember from school. They did a visual check of my ear canals and speech evaluation in conclusion.
What blew me away was the review afterward. The doctor sat down with me and walked me through my audiogram line by line. He explained the difference between my left and right ears, how they operate, why certain sounds are hard for me to catch, and exactly what my results meant for my daily life. There was zero pressure to buy anything. Instead, he gave me honest, personalized recommendations and data-backed options to think over.

My dad is 97 years old and they greeted us at the door and helped us get in and when it came time to leave, they helped us get out with his wheelchair and all. Matt at this location is absolutely amazing and we feel like we’ve gotten to know him and he’s gotten to know us. I’ve been wearing hand me down hearing aids from my brother in law for the past 5 years and Mitchell at the Hendersonville office has been taking care of any needs I’ve had with them all this time with no profits at all. I just bought my 1st new pair this week. Great people to do business with! I’ll be working with them for years to come. I would recommend going to Bell Tone for every one. I just felt very comfortable and cared for & everything was explained and had different options to choose from. I really appreciate the expertice I experienced at my visit & recommendations for hearing aids. Getting examples of the differences in hearing aids was so helpful as well. I hadn't had a hearing test for over 15 years and was a little nervous going in but Doug was very helpful in explaining the process and answered all our questions. Anyone that has ever considered getting hearing aids should visit Beltone in Hot Springs. My wife went with me my first visit, and we had a great experience.
