On two separate occasions, we learned that Tommy and Mayna were very nice and helpful people at Beltone on Vanderbilt Beach road in Naples, FL. Tommy was a very knowledgeable and funny person who spent ample time explaining the hearing aids and other related issues. During the first appointment, we decided to buy the hearing aids. On the second day, Tommy again explained how to use the hearing aids very well. So far, I’m very satisfied with the healing aids. I had some issues with my hearing aids. Make an appointment , went in and worked with Adam. Adam took care of the issues and a matter of moments and I was on my way. I highly recommend his services. I give him 5 stars and hands down cross the board. Great friendly people to work with never A complaint. I have been working with Adam since I 1st received my hearing age years. Mykeltie is absolutely amazing. She genuinely cares for her patients. She referred me to the ENT when I showed severe hearing loss in one ear. When I came back to her after seeing the ENT to rule out any medical problems for the hearing loss, she was visibly happy and relieved for me. She was almost as excited as I was when I tried the hearing aid for the first time and could hear! Every visit to see her is like a reunion between friends. Having just purchased good Midwest hearing aids eighteen months earlier and being dissatisfied with the results and the care from the person who sold Tham to me, I decided to respond to an ad I had received from Beltone and made an appointment with Brad in Chanute.  I told him from the beginning that I was not there to buy hearing aids but was interested in a test that was mentioned on the ad.  After Brad had tested my hearing and place aids in my ears, I was amazed at how good I could hear.  Beltone gave me a nice trade-in on my 18 month old hearing aids that it made possible for me to purchase the Beltone aids.  The caring service did not stop there, my hearing aids were connected to my iPhone and I received good instructions on how to utilize that service. Brad saw me a few time to make sure they were working for me.  He now schedules me every three months to clean and check the aids, answers any questions I have.  His service and care continues after the sale. The people at Beltone are very willing to take the time to adjust your hearing aids. They are also very well trained so they do an excellent job of tweaking your hearing aides so they work really well in all situations. Their hearing aides are worth the extra money because they make sure they really work. They don’t charge fees for every adjustment, nor for their annual hearing tests either. One lady in the waiting room said she knows several people who gave up on their hearing aides (NOT Belltone) and they threw them in a drawer. After experiencing less than quality service that my Mom deserves at Hear USA, I decided to look into a 2nd opinion. They basically told her this is as good as it gets. With today's technology, I refuse to accept that. I found Katie at Beltone handing out excellent customer service while answering my 100 questions to reassure me I'm not crazy that there are other options. I met with Brad Parritt for the second time in several months to solve a problem I was having with my right Hearing Aid, as I could not get an appointment with my Specialist. Brad saw me within a day after I had tried to get an appointment with four other Beltone Specialists. I was very pleased with my check up, with Ryan.
And his explanations,  and his knowledge.
Really found, new aids he showed me.
Clear and I heard well.

5 years ago I paid $5,000 out of pocket.
For some good ones.

That was a big chunk of change, from savings.

If I turned my in, my cost out of pocket for new ones  $7400.00. They could last 8 years
For me that could be lifetime, hee hee
I'm 80 years old in 2 months.

Im checking over, my funds.
And I know , I will not shop around.
I am pleased with Belton and how it serves me.

I had a bad experience with Costco's service & their hearing aids. Knowing I need to hear I visited Nick Palazzolo, Hearing Specialist,  who was super knowledgeable and able to explain where I could understand my condition.
