This was the first time I went to an actual specialist. Kevin was very clear of each part of the screening and did a thorough explanation of what I was to expect in time. The diagram of the ear was amazing and gave me an understanding of how necessary it is to have a screening.

I saw Andrew Hooper the Practitioner there for my hearing test, it was Beltone in Sikeston Mo. He was amazing in explaining and helping me to understand my hearing loss problem. A nice clean office   very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the hearing test to answers questions about what will best fit my needs . The Doctor checked my hearing with several tests to find out what hearing aids that is wright for my hearing loss and he made a picture to show me why I have hearing loss ,he even showed me if I don't something know my.brain would shrink and I don't want that. I’ve had hearing aids before through an ENT clinic. The hearing aids did not have the clarity of the ones that I received from Beltone. Maggie was wonderful. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for about ten years and had previous tests but not like Maggie did. She did different tests and measurements that I have never had. Very thorough examination. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

My hearing aid was fixed and ready to wear during my appointment visit.i appreciated the quality of service I'm receiving from Beltone. I can’t say enough good things about this place, Mom I both needed to get checked out and of course needed hearing aids.  However the staff did amazing and the Dr. was a great guy we really enjoyed working with them!! Cliff and the Glenda the secretary are always so nice and very polite.  I have all the trust in Cliff.  He has helped me so much with fitting me with my hearing aids!
