Both Beltone locations, the one located in Owasso, Oklahoma, and the one located in Coffeyville, Kansas, have been excellent experiences. the Beltone representatives explained everything to us about medical processes and the functions of the hearing aids expertly. We have been going to Beltone for the past couple of years for my mom. We are are always greeted warmly by Mayna. . Today we met Tom who was  kind, considerate, and above all very patient.

Great experience..did not feel rushed..very patient and kind.  Tom is very knowledgeable and caring. He was very helpful and explained new technology in language easy to understand. Our experience was outstanding. The check in was flawless. Tom spend a lot of time with us. Explained everything in great details, conducted the testing with sensitivity and patience. Covered the test results in great details including additional “live” testing situations. Offered multiple options for hearing aids. The hearing test went very well. The doctor was very kind.  He went to great lengths to help me hear and understand what was neccsary to improve my individuals hearing loss. I used the bell tone facility located on commercial way in spring hill, florida. The staff is friendly and katie is an exceptional technician. Katie has gone out of her way to help correct my major hearing problem. I have been wearing hearing aids for years but have never been satisfied until I visited the beltone store. The cost?
Is high, but the results are well worth it. I have used cheap hearing aids in the past, but never again. I highly recommend beltone and if you are in the spring hill, florida area, please visit the store on commercial way.You will not be disappointed.

I had my first appointment with Beltone today. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and didn’t wait any time before I saw the person I needed to. His name was Eric, and he was very friendly explained to me all the test and the different outcomes of each test. I was never pressured in anyway and made it an enjoyable experience. As always, I received excellent service at the McAlester okla Beltone center. The receptionist was friendly, acknowledged myself & grandsons as we walked it. Gave my grandsons apple juice & peanut butter crackers. They had just got out of school, so the snack was appreciated. The gentleman that took care of me, was professional, caring & friendly. Got my hearing aides where I could hear again!! They are an older pair, so I go back quite often to have him fix them for me. Since I cannot afford the new ones ( sure wish I could, they are AMAZING) he makes sure I’m able to hear again, before I leave!

I have had my Hearing Aids for a while now and still think they are the best one I have owned. Over time I have had 3 different sets and  the Beltone is by far the clearest and most comfortable. I am a mechanic by trade so I put them through the worst conditions and they have not let me down. I’ve always been satisfied with my beltone hearing aids. Although I thought maintenance was for the life of my hearing aids. I was surprised to learn that the wires were out of warranty. I’m hoping one doesn’t break again because I won’t be able to afford to fix it.

Cole did my hearing tests, and he took special efforts to explain everything so that I understood each step. He was very friendly, remarkably patient, and very professional. Brad Smith-Hamblin is an excellent audiologist! He explained everything about hearing and was NOT pushing sales as much as he was trying to help me to hear better and prevent any further hearing loss!! They are so comfortable!! I wear them on average 10 hours per day—sometimes I even forget I’m wearing them! Appointments are super easy, don’t take but a few minutes, but they are  thorough!
