Great professional service. Very helpful. Allowed me to choose which hearing aid I wanted, didn't try to force. Great followup service. My hearing aids stopped working . Received a flyer for a free hearing test. Reluctantly I made an appointment for the test. Have had hearing loss for a while so knew I would eventually need hearing aids. Bob looked into my ears looking for any wax buildup which could effect my hearing. Was good there. He performed a very extensive hearing test and went over the results with my wife and I. Had a pair of rechargeable hearing aids ready and programmed to my specific needs for better hearing. Unbelievable how much I was missing with my loss. Words became crisper and better clarity. Was able to hear outside in a noisy environment. Amazing! Did not order the top line but did order a pair from Bob. Cannot wait till they come in and I get fitted with them. Thanks Bob for your help. I went to the Wichita Kansas Beltone office  for my regular hearing aid checkup and cleaning.     Jeremy did his usual expert job of cleaning and checking them.  I asked him if he would check my right ear be cause I had been having trouble with it.  He did so and discovered some old wax in it and removed it for me. I have had a great time wearing my hearing aids.  I no longer have to keep asking to have everything to be repeated.  Dr.Hooper is wonderful.  If something isn't right he works until he gets to fit. My dog got my right hearing aid and munched on it. She didn’t tear it up but squeezed it enough that it couldn’t work. I went to my appointment and it was fixed with in 10 minutes. Thus far, I am extremely satisfied with my new 1st time hearing aids. Also, extremely impressed with the professionalism displayed by Luke Yandell at the Owasso, Oklahoma office. He was very patient and detailed in his presentation. The audio testing was far more detailed than anything I had had done on the job. After working in a very safety minded environment for decades, being on several safety committees and watching numerous videos at work; coupled with the way Luke Yandell explained everything; I knew that I was ready for hearing aids. I very pleased with the service I received at Beltone. What put the icing on the cake when I got there I realized Dustin was there. I know everyone that I know that goes to Beltone loves Dustin. He was just filling in that day for someone. He was the first one that helped me since I started Beltone. Whatever he did to fix my hearing aids worked. Thank you Dustin for everything you do. A nice clean office   very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the hearing test to answers questions about what will best fit my needs . The front desk personnel and hearing specialist were very professional and courteous. Ms. Nanci Lekov answered all my questions and dissipated all concerns that I had, after my hearing test results were completed. The Doctor checked my hearing with several tests to find out what hearing aids that is wright for my hearing loss and he made a picture to show me why I have hearing loss ,he even showed me if I don't something know my.brain would shrink and I don't want that. I was really happy that I went to Belton to see Joe ,He schooled me and my Daughter alot about hearing losses, He made sure that I got the wright help that I needed, Thay are the best in the business, I've been to other hearing aid places and didn't school you on what kind of hearing aids that I needed, so come to say Joe at Belton Rating a 5 to 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Makayla at Belltone helped me better understand how the app works and she set it up so that I could hear and understand my wife all evening long!  It was outstanding service and results!!!  Thank you for the incredible service!!! Makayla helped me again and I was very pleased with her advice and help!  She was able to sync my phone back to my hearing aids without any problems!
