Wonderful, friendly, & helpful.  Would definitely recommend if you need hearing aids.  Would recommend getting the life time warranty.   They clean & put in new filters. Amazing professionalism. Maggie is always very thorough and very pleasant to deal with. She’s very detailed about how to maintain hearing aids and keeping them in a clean condition. We came in for promotion for a new hearing aid and she gave us the best choices on whether we wanted to spend thousands of dollars or maintain our present hearing aids that were in great working order. I had an appointment to check my hearing aids today. As we chatted about any issues or problems concerns I had which we none all is good. Brandon was very helpful and informative as far as his knowledge of hearing goes. Not only did I leave with a great sense of hearing great again but also leaving with knowledge of my personal hearing but getting that knowledge from a specialist that really cares about his patients. Caring and careful. Things were well explained. No pressure to buy anything, just facts for me to know and make a decision. My Mom has molded fittings for her hearing aids and one of them had become loose. We were able to get the replacements, have them attached and be completely done in about 10 minutes.
Quick, easy and convenient.

Awareness is the most beneficial first step in recognizing the crucial importance of hearing health. Because it will not get better left untreated. In fact, the progressive acceleration of hearing loss will advance into yet another critical health concern. I don't want to go there! This was an exceptional, comprehensive, and educational to for me that definitely made an impression and I will not forget the importance of what I learned. The Farmington office was very pleasant and scheduled my appointment very quickly. Mr. Wiles took time to answer all my questions I had and explained my hearing, or loss of hearing in a manner that I easily understood. Very good service.  Very happy with the local office.  Came in for an appointment I requested ahead of the normal schedule.  Hearing aids not working as well as they have before.
