I went back Tuesday to pick up my hearing aids and was taken care of by Todd Barrett hearing care practitioner. Showed me how to place them in my ears and explained everything very well, he adjusted the volume levels for both ears so it was a comfortable sound. He downloaded the hearing aids program on to my smartphone and explained everything thoroughly on the use of the phone to adjust my hearing aids for different needs. I was helping my bride with a band aid for burnt knuckles and was amazed that I could hear the rustling of the band aid covering, I can’t remember the last time I could hear that small of a sound. My mother and myself have both become clients.  I can't rate their service highly enough.  The receptionist is kind, professional and always accommodating.  Todd was very knowledgable and explained all aspects of our care. He was concerned about getting everything just right before we left the appointment and subsequent appointments. I cannot rate this place any more stars than what is allotted. Debits, the secretary, has the most beautiful smile, kindest heart, and most understanding receptionist I’ve ever communicated with. The doctors were so patient, so thorough, and this is the first time in all of my life, I felt a medical care practitioner, truly value their patients priority and quality of life Belltone Madison - provided exceptional care for my 84-year-old grandmother in a quick timeframe of urgency. Brought my dad in for a free consultation, and they are professional, super nice and Dr was very honest, he tested his ears and looked inside with camera and even clean his current hearing aids and never tried to get him to buy anything from him. If it were possible I’d give TEN STARS! I’ve used them for about 20 years! I am ecstatic about the capabilities their hearing aids have given me. Being able to listen to my music on my walks through them is amazing! And they’re customer service is very welcoming and comforting as well as knowledgeable! Makes someone like me glad to be there!
